What brands are your designs printed on?
Our designs are printed on Bella + Canvas brand tees. We searched high and low for a product that had extended sizes, was soft but durable, and had flat stitched seams along the shoulders (as someone who has nerve pain, I find they hurt less). They are also 100% sweatshop free and are eco-aware. We will be expanding our line to also include Hanes brand sweaters and hoodies that are also an eco-friendly line. You can find the size charts linked within the product page for size information so you can find the best fit for you.

Which methods of payments can I use?

We also accept PayPal as well. For the time being, all of our prices are only displayed in US dollars as we are only set up for domestic purchases at this time. We hope to change that within the near future, but we will post any updates as they happen.

Has my order been sent yet ?
We aim to ship within 3-5 business days of the order placement. Everything besides the stickers are made to order and need time for processing, so we do ask if you would kindly allow for 14 days before sending inquiries. Additionally, during busy periods and holiday seasons, we may have longer lead times. However, if there is going to be a delay of any sort, we will do our best to make sure everyone knows there is one. Please be aware of the lead time before placing your order. Due to shortages and slower restocks with our suppliers, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable brand.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Because the orders are made to order, the quote of 3-5 business days after you place your order is to allow time for processing the product. Regardless of shipping speed selected at checkout, we will still need the processing time as was quoted. This does not include weekends or holidays. We will not issue refunds for items shipped within our stated turnaround time with any of the mail delivery services selections. Orders over a $75 threshold (before tax) will receive free shipping. We use USPS for shipment for all domestic orders. Once USPS is in possession of the package/packages, all shipping related issues must be handles by the mail carrier. Chimera Muse and/or its representative are/is not responsible for items delayed or damaged in transit. We are also not responsible for any lost of missing deliveries. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but are looking to expand in the future.

I would like to return/cancel my item(s), how do I submit a request?

Since we print designs as orders come in, we do not accept returns. The only exceptions that are approved are the following; wrong item(s) sent, defective/damaged items, or items that have largely different measurements than those listed on the accompanying size chart. Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellation on orders due to the nature of the product being made to order. If the reason for cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances, an exchange or return can be processed on a case by case basis, dependent on the reason. However we must receive notice within 72 hours of delivery.

Who creates the designs?

That would be myself, Renny! I am self taught in both traditional and digital art. For the time being, I am the only artist working at Chimera Muse. This is a small time operation, so I am usually busy with packaging orders, working on the next designs that I will put in store, or fulfilling commissions. Is it safe to order online?
We offer secure checkout via Square. Your security is a priority for us, which is why we use that platform. Per their information, all transactions are encrypted and secured by Square. I have used this platform for around ten years and have had no issues. As part of our privacy policy, we collect data only for advertising purposes. We will not use your information for any other reason other than sending you updates and sales from our shop. We will never EVER sell your information as we value your privacy and it stays with us.

Can I track my order ?
We do offer it on our parcels! Tracking information will be provided in an email once the order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24-48 hours for the information to update as it has to be scanned in by USPS. If there are any issues with the tracking, please contact USPS with your tracking number so that they can resolve the problem.

Part of my order is missing./Part of my order is incorrect.
If there is a product missing from your package, please reach out within 72 hours after it is delivered to our help line email chimera.muse.help@gmail.com to resolve the issue. If part of/all of the order is incorrect, reach out to the previously mentioned email. A representative will help rectify the problem by completing an exchange or return, whichever is applicable.

What are the care instructions for the apparel?

For best care of your garments, please machine wash cold/gentle and inside out. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not use fabric softener, bleach or iron as these can cause damage to the screen print.
